ROTARY AIR LOCK ZRS STANDARD

The ZRS STANDARD rotary air lock with a directly flange-mounted geared engine is used for dosing, conveying and delivery bulk materials and as a protective system or equipment in potentially-explosive areas.
Design according to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC or according to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU.

Application area

  • Nominal conveying capacity 0.45 – 320 m³/h at 100% filling level
  • Speed 30 rpm.
  • Differential pressure up to 0.05 MPa
  • Temperature range from -20°C to +60°C
  • Rotor diameter from 100 mm to 630 mm
