Loading vessels

ZRS 500 XL was designed to load large cargo vessels. The cellular wheel sluice is used to evenly input a host of bulk goods into the compartments of large cargo vessels as part of a controlled process. In this process, the cellular wheel sluice is suspended at the end of the input unit of the vessel cargo handler. The pre-scraper installed in the cellular wheel sluice is intended to input material into the air lock pipe as part of a controlled process and prevent material from being jammed in the input section as a result of larger components in the delivery medium and solid objects in changing delivery media. Reinforcement sheets around the housing of the ZRS 500 XL form part of the design features for suspended use.
