ZRS XS dosing valve

The ZRS 70 XS rotary valve with directly flanged gear motor is used for dosing, conveying and discharging bulk materials for small conveying quantities. For use in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries for metering, discharging or sampling, all components in contact with the product can be made of plastic or stainless steel. For dosing, the rotary valve can also be operated via a frequency converter. Design according to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

  • Nominal conveying capacity 0.25 – 1.0 m³/h at 100% filling level
  • Speed 30 rpm.
  • Differential pressure up to 0.1 MPa
