High temperature rotary valve HTS

Our high-temperature rotary valves are used worldwide as top products for the controlled discharge and metering of bulk materials and in pneumatic conveying systems. We offer you the HTS high-temperature rotary valves especially for the efficient conveying and metering of bulk materials and particles at the highest temperatures of up to 1000°C.

The HTS high-temperature rotary valve is particularly suitable for conveyor systems where high temperatures play a role. As standard, they are approved for material temperatures of up to 450°C.

For particularly demanding applications where temperatures of up to 1000°C are reached, we offer our rotary valves with a high-quality bearing with ceramic deep-groove ball bearings made of silicon nitride ceramic or plain bearings made of solid zirconium oxide ceramic ZrO2. The drive is provided by a geared motor with chain drive.
