Medium pressure rotary valve MDS

Medium pressure rotary valves are used for dosing, conveying and discharging bulk materials or other granulates and powders. The medium pressure rotary valves are suitable for pressure differences up to 1.5 bar and are also used in pneumatic conveying systems. Design according to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC or according to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU.

  • Nominal conveying capacity 0.45 – 320 m³/h at 100% filling level
  • Speed 30 rpm.
  • Differential pressure up to 0.15 MPa
  • Temperature range from -20°C to +400°C
  • Rotor diameter from 100 mm to 630 mm
