Rotors for rotary valves

Rotary valves are used in the bulk materials industry for a wide variety of tasks. In addition, there are a large number of different bulk solids and conveying media whose properties additionally vary depending on their nature. To ensure that our rotary valves work reliably and economically at all times, we have developed a large number of different rotary valves that are used depending on the task and the properties of the conveyed medium.

Rotor type 1 standard version

• Material GG20, steel or VA
• With up to 14 chambers
• Sealing of the wheel side chamber by lateral face plates
• Version with bearing journal or bushing
• Version with 2 shaft ends for central drive and coupling

Rotor type 2 standard with elastic sealing lips

• Material GG20, steel or VA
• With up to 14 chambers
• Sealing of the wheel side chamber by lateral face plates
• Sealing lips made of Vulkollan or with FDA or EHEDG approval
• Sealing lips are adjustable and replaceable

Rotos type 3 standard version with wear bars

• Material GG20, steel or VA
• With up to 14 chambers
• Sealing of the wheel side chamber by lateral face plates
• Wear strips made of spring steel or VA
• For increased wear protection and long service life
• The spring steel wear strips are adjustable and replaceable

Rotor type 4 open and without face plates

• Material steel or VA
• With up to 14 chambers
• Cellular wheel laterally open without wheel side discs
• Also suitable for grain sizes below 0.5 mm
• Reliably prevents blocking of the cellular wheel

Rotor type 5 with inclined web plates

• Material GG20, steel or VA
• With up to 14 chambers
• Sealing of the wheel side chamber by lateral face plates
• Face and/or web plates beveled
• For pumped media which tend to stick together
• Material GG20, steel or VA
• Design with up to 20 chambers possible
• Sealing of the wheel side chamber by face plates
• With milled metering cells
• Individual adjustment of the chamber volume
• Inclined webs enable uniform emptying

Rotos type 6 with closed chambers

• Material GG20, steel or VA
• Design with up to 20 chambers possible
• Sealing of the wheel side chamber by face plates
• Adjustment of flow rate by reduced number of chambers
